DELIVERY & RETURNS
DOMESTIC DELIVERY
We offer FREE delivery for all domestic orders over A$65.
For orders under $65 it is a flat rate of A$14.85 for all domestic orders.
Please note: We are unable to send to parcel lockers or P.O boxes.
Orders paid for will be fulfilled within 5-10 business days.
We are currently running on a weekly shipping schedule.
If your order hasn't arrived within the expected delivery window as stated from the courier please contact us within 5 business days of the expected arrival date to claim a lost or damaged item.
INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY
We currently do not offer international delivery.
RETURNS
Unfortunately we don't offer free returns and no exchange so please choose carefully.
You may send your order back at your own expense after you have email us - shynuchi@gmail.com
If your item is damaged you will need to send an image to shynuchi@gmail.com - the damage will be assessed by the team
If products are misused we will not accept responsibility for any damage caused
If return items are damaged during transit back to us we will not accept responsibility for any damage caused. If your item is fragile please ensure that it is sufficiently protected in order to avoid this

CANCELLATIONS
If you wish to cancel your item you have a 24 hour window to do so to receive a full refund.
Any longer and we will not accept for change of mind.
