How to Enjoy Tea Bath Blends

Mix and transfer bath blends into the steep bag. Put as much or as little as you wish. Allow some space for the blends to expand in the steep bag when soaked.

  • Steep bath blends in a separate bowl with pre-boiled hot water for three minutes to activate the ingredients.

  • Add the steeped hot water and bag into your water bath.

  • Soak, relax, and fully immerse in the experience.


Set the mood:


  • Light the candle on a flat surface.

  • Add lavender sprinkles over the candles (optional).

  • Alternatively, add lavender sprinkles directly to your bath water.


Additional Notes: 


  • Ideal temperature should be 33°C - 40°C

  • Soak in the bath for 12 - 20 minutes, or no longer than 30 minutes. Avoid using soap after bath to allow the benefits to sink in.

  • Drink plenty of water before and during your bath.

  • For the best experience, take a bath before bedtime so you can go to sleep afterward. 

  • It is a good idea to check with a doctor before soaking in the bath blends if a person is pregnant, has a skin condition, high blood pressure, diabetes, or any other conditions that may make the symptoms worse.

  • Advise to do a patch test before using bath blends. Apply a small amount of the mixture to your skin and wait 24 hours to see if there is any reaction. If you experience any itching, redness, or other signs of irritation, discontinue use immediately.
